Provision of Special Tools. Overheights

As part of the technical assistance provided to our customers, we can provide and/or perform the corresponding calculation to support the use of different tools, such as:

- Hooks and tools.
- Manoeuvre beams (with or without hook).
- Platforms and structures for load handling.
- Platforms for refrigerated containers piled up at different heights.
- Tool manufacturing.

We have also a mechanism of our own, which has been widely accepted, suitable for handling “open top” containers, in which the load sticks out and conventional spreads cannot be used.

It is an overheight, which is basically a telescopic structure adjustable to the machine spreader and which allows handling those containers with loads that surpass the height of the container walls.
It can be adjusted to the lower part of the spreader, as an extension, by fixing the connection with automatic locks, from which it is suspended when the spreader opens the twist-locks. The spreader triggers the overheight twist-locks by means of mechanical transmission so that if the spreader twist-locks are open/closed, the overheight ones will be equally open/closed.
