A list of our main equipment can be found below:

* ROLUGA (5 sliding blades). Transportation system for heavy loads to move cranes of up to 1400 tons perpendicularly to rails.

* Hydraulic cylindres with capacity of up to 1800 tons (6 x 329 tons). Different cylinder size (10-30-50-100-150-320 tons)

* Hydraulic and manual units with precision manometers,safety valves, etc...

* Welding equipment D.C./A.C. 550/600 Amp. (SMAW / GMAW / MIG / MAG. GTAW if required, in compliance with ANSI / AWS A 3.0).

• Air Bow Equipment up to ½ inch.
• Oxygen-propane/acetylene rods for cutting/heating.
• 600 A. thermal pole for cutting and bolt emptying.
• Electrode oven and portable stoves for electrode maintenance.
• Portable drills and milling machines with magnetic base.
• Power supply kits for equipment and tools, with fuses and electrical safety protection, in compliance with current regulations.
• .Pull-lifts and winches for different loads.

• Lifting carts and telescopic handling crane, up to 14 meters high.
• 25-meter Personnel Lifting Baskets.
• Load wagons up to 3,5 tons.

• Air Compressors (diesel or electrical) with tank, safety valves and acoustic isolation.
• Pneumatic, electrical (and manual) impact wrenches, cutting and trimming tools.
• Dynamometric wrenches up to 12.000 N/m, certified, calibrated and approved by a certifying agency.
• Manual dynamometric wrenches (with mechanical amplifier), up to 4.000 Nxm.
• Cutting and welding equipment for optical fiber wiring.
• Digital theodolite with standard calibration, in compliance with ISO quality requirements.
• Helmets, masks, safety harnesses and lifelines, in compliance with current regulations regarding the Law on Prevention of Labour Risks (PRL).
• Containers and site huts for different purposes (offices, personnel dressing rooms, tools, materials).

FACILITIES

The MAREIPORT Group has offices and work places in the main ports in the peninsula, such as Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, Málaga and Algeciras.
There is a document archive of over 300,000 plans and studies for port cranes.
This infrastructure is supported by a manufacturing area operating as tool distribution center, warehouse and logistics center.
In this facility there are two 10-ton bridge cranes, which enable moving big parts.
A vehicle fleet and approved containers for maritime transportation complement the transportation needs of our personnel and equipment.
